Lecture Capture with Mediasite
HCC provides a video recording and hosting environment which is free to faculty, staff and students. Mediasite is the online individual repository of videos recorded or uploaded by a user. Mediasite Mosaic is the free screencasting tool that allows users to make digital recordings of lectures or presentations, such as narrating a PowerPoint. Finished recordings are automatically uploaded and can be shared through Canvas or a unique web link. Mosaic can be installed on any Mac or PC - even on your own personal device! You can manage or edit your finished videos in any web browser at mediasite.howardcc.edu.
For training or assistance with Mediasite, please contact media@howardcc.edu or see the tutorials below.
